To block Yahoo & MSN Messenger on ISA 2000

Hi,

Kindly tell me how to block the yahoo messenger & MSN in isa2000 .

The users are using yahoo messenger in via enabled HTTP proxy.They can
access without MSP Client Installed on it.

Please tell me the possibiliteis to block the users acces the above
appication .& I need to give access for messengers to some users.
