Hi,
You said: "Their outlook pst database is being sychronized with the server
in another users database during the synchronization as they log off."
Please let me know the following to make the situation more clearly:
1. Is the server here SBS 2003 Server?
2. What is the user Database here? Is that a third party product?
3. If you use SBS, do you configure Folder Redirection and synchronize
off-line files with server?
By default, certain file types won't synch (notably, pst, and mdb files).
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
