on this situation it worked perfectly.

not, move the Internal NIC to the top of the list.
The Internal NIC should have File and Printer Sharing bound (checkmarked) to
the TCP/IP Protocol.
The Internal NIC should have Client for Microsoft Networks bound
(checkmarked) to the TCP/IP Protocol.
The External NIC should be bound to TCP/IP only (no other protocols or
services).

First we need to know something about the system.

Do you have SBS Premium with ISA installed?

Could you run the command ipconfig /all on both the server and one
workstation and post the results? If you don't have ISA, then the
system TCP/IP configuration is the main suspect.
