SQL server in SBS2003 Premium

We have the premium edition of SBS2003 and I see that over any given period
of time SQL server seems to be using about 1% of the cpu, i.e., 3 hours in
300 hours of operation. We have exchange running and a few application
servers such as Visual SourceSafe but not much else.
Can someone tell me if SBS is using SQL server for its own purposes, or for
exchange? As far as I know we don't use if for anything.
