I agree with you, this is a complex issue. I believe the case engineer will
help you to resolve this issue.
I'm sorry I have no permission to query the case queue. I cannot get any
update of this issue.
Since you had create a case to work on this issue, please carryout
troubleshooting with the case engineer. I would be appreciate and think it
is a more effective ways.

| That was one of the first things i tried. Another suggestion i received
was
| to reinstall IIS and exchange. I tried following the KB for that but ran
| into issues.

| I called MS SBS Support and opened a case with them. They spent about 10
| hours on the phone with me trying various fixes and were actually able to
| reinstall exchange and iis after several tries. OWA was still not
working
| when i got off the phone but we did not get the same error as before, so
