SBS on Rack mount servers

Hi we run SBS2003 R2 on a Dell rack mount Server. Talking to a Dell server
technician, he commented that SBS was designed for small company networks
using tower servers (infering that small businesses may not wish to implment
a rack mount solution), and that Microsoft dont recommend that SBS2003 is
installed on a rack mount server.
I found this strange and wondered if it was correct and if so, why?
Thanks
Alex
