RE: SBS FAX and Internet Explorer printing problems

Hi Ralph,

Thanks for your reply.

I'd be appriciated if you could help me collect the following information
for further research:

1. Screen shot of the error message when printing.

2. System Log in the problematic workstation.

1) Click Start -> Run, type EVENTVWR.MSC and click OK.
2) Right click the System Event, select Save Log File as, save it to .evt
file.
3) Email me the file

Please send the information to v-robeli@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject:
39989948-SBS FAX and Internet Explorer printing problems.

I am looking forward to hear from you.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)

<Robert
<Many thanks for your rapid response. To answer your questions, we are
using
<IE 7 and this does occur with all web pages. I reset IE and tried the FAX
<software. The document printed to the FAX just fine without error
messages. I
<am trying to print to an HP Color Laserjet 2000n (JetDirect) printer on my
<network. My SBS 2003 server acts as the print server for the domain. This
<error occurs only when I print to the laserjet printers but not the other
<"print to file" printers (Acrobat Distiller or Microsoft Office Document

since I
<would rather not have to set up each work station separately.
