At the office all computers go through the SBS box.
Here at home I have a Linksys wireless router in front of my two nic SBS box that allows me to have wireless clients that are outside of the domain and allows me to have testing boxes that pick up an IP address from the Linksys as well.
Gives me maximum flexibility for test boxes and what not.

I am looking for some advice regards adding a TFS setup to a small office to support up to 5 developers and some confirmation on the best network setup..
Going from just a normal ADSL broadband network setup - see http://www.nethost.co.uk/i/temp1.jpg to adding TFS into the network with SBS 2003 as a domain controller - see http://www.nethost.co.uk/i/temp2.jpg
There will only be one or two development laptops/workstations onsite on the network but also would like to cater for remote developers or when the development laptop is working remotely, to be able to connect to the TFS through VPN.
For now email, etc will still be hosted via an external ISP but in future also would probably take advantage of SBS to relay the email to SBS for internal users and for better remote outlook web access capability connecting to the SBS via VPN, etc. - but don;t want this to be a deciding factor yet on what you think is the best network setup.
So my initial question is, referring to http://www.nethost.co.uk/i/temp2.jpg is it best to put the whole network behind the SBS server as shown or can most (or all, including the development laptop/pcs) connect to the router (shown by red lines) and connect to TFS by going through the SBS server - i assume this would be the same as if they were connecting remotely via the VPN firewall and through the SBS server to TFS.
My thought is that other PCs that are not related to development and the TFS server would prefer to connect to the internet without having to go through the SBS server - or is there no disadvantage to them by going through the SBS server?
Tried to be as clear as i can, any clarifications, better suggestions are welcome.
Thanks.
