Hi Peanut,

On the external NIC, remove the ISP's DNS nameserver IP addresses and add
only the IP of your SBS server (192.168.181.1). Then re-run CEICW and use
your ISP's DNS nameservers IPs as "forwarders" on the appropriate screen
(the Router Connection screen). (You can also leave the WINS IP address
<blank> on the external NIC). Then reboot your workstations.

First we need to know something about the system.

Do you have SBS Premium with ISA installed?

Could you run the command ipconfig /all on both the server and one
workstation and post the results? If you don't have ISA, then the
system TCP/IP configuration is the main suspect.
