Hello Markus,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
From your description, I know that after you restore your server from Ghostmirror, your incoming e-mail stays in the local delivery queue. If I am
off-base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
First you restored server with ghost, that is not recommended on Windows
server and may caused something unexpected. This issue may be more complex
than expected and time consuming. Thanks for your understanding.
In future, you can backup and restore SBS with SBS backup.
For more information, please refer to:
Backing Up and Restoring Windows Small Business Server 2003

Please take the following steps to narrow down this issue:
Step 1: Please check your e-mail address.
1. Open Server Management and migrate to users.
2. Right click the user and select Properties.
3. On the E-mail Address tab, check the Primary e-mail address, is that
@domail.com the same as others?
4. Please also check the box Automatically update e-mail address based on
recipient policy.
Step 2: Since only one user has this problem, the issue may be related to
corrupt Exchange attribute, you can follow steps below to reset its
Exchange attributes.
1. In Outlook, Export all mails in Mailbox as .PST file.
Please follow the instruction below to export all mails in the mailbox as
..PST file.

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=287070
2. Remove the Exchange Attribute for problematic user with corrupt Exchange
Attribute.
1) In Exchange 2003 computer, launch Active Directory Users and Computers.
2) In the Users Container, right click the user with corrupt attribute,
click Exchange Task.
3) Click Remove Exchange Attribute and click Next to finish the process.
3. Run Cleanup Agent
1) In Exchange 2003 computer, launch Exchange System Manager.
2) Expand the mailbox store where the problematic mailbox located, right
click the mailboxes container, select Run Cleanup Agent.
3) Then you will see the problematic mailbox with a red X.
4. Create a new mailbox for the user.
1) In Exchange 2003 computer, launch Active Directory Users and Computers.
2) In the Users Container, right click the user with corrupt attribute,
click Exchange Task.
3) Click Create a new Mailbox and select Mailbox Store for the new mailbox,
click Next to finish the process.
5. After that, please follow article 287070 above to import the PST file in
Outlook.

Please check if the problem disappears.
If the problem persists, please help me collect the following information
for further research:
1. Message Tracking log.
Open ESM, on the General tab in the server's Properties dialog box, select
the Enable message tracking check box. After the issue is reproduced,
please wait about 15 minutes and then go to the message tracking folder and
collect the message tracking log for us.
By default, the message tracking logs locate under the folder:C:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\servername.log
2. Enable Diagnostic Logging to determine the root of the transport issue.
To enable Diagnostic Logging on the MSExchangeTransport service:
1). Start Exchange System Manager.
2). Navigate to the server object.
3). Right-click <Server object>, and then click Properties.
4). Click the Diagnostic Logging tab.
5). Under Categories, click MSExchangeTransport.
6). Under Logging Level, choose maximum for all the items. Restart the
server.
7). Download
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_Exchange.EXE and run. Please send me the cab file.
3. Please also let me know the problematic user e-mail address.
Please try my suggestions and let me know the result.
Please send the information to v-robeli@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject:

Hello all experts,
<
<I've troubles with Exchange 2003 under Windows 2003 SBS.
<
<The troubles began with raid 1 failed, then chkdsk failed or crashed
server, then I made a mirror with ghost on a new (double size) harddisk
which worked fine.
<After that, I found out that for 1 user (me), all incoming E-Mails in
exchange are not delivered, but stay in the queue for local delivery.
That was yesterday. Sending is no problem, and my collegues receive
mails as normal.
<Interesting was also, that mails where a rule was applied where
delivered in subfolders, only other ones stayed undelivered. I tried to
apply a new rule which failed with some error, then I deleted all rules
- did not help.
<Maybe a coincidence: I tried to send a testmail over SMTP with telnet
on localhost, which succeeded, I got that email as the last one.
<
<In the meantime I googled for solutions, and took several steps to find
out what's wrong. I applied SP2 and also did an eseutil /p (which
failed), then eseutil /d (which worked after the 2nd time), then
isinteg with alltests (no fixes anymore). That's where I'm now. It
maybe that my mailbox is somehow damaged but I'd like to avoid
exporting with exmerge, deleting and rebuilding it if it's not
absolutely necessary. Maybe that is not the reason anyway...?
<
<Is there any way to find out what could be the reason for the problem
still being "active"? I'm stuck... Can I somehow check if my mailbox is
"clear" (no corruptions)?
<
<Hoping for some hints...
<Markus
