<The problem was resolved. The issue was that there is a step missing in
the
<set of instructions that was sent to me to follow.
<The instruction missing is to go to add/remove and uninstall the msde sql
<sbsmonitoring entry.
<That is the reason why it was giving the error about the msde service pack
<4. It was already installed and setup was trying to replace it with no
<positve result.s
