I'd suggest www.securecomputing.com

for 20 users, get the sg580 model.

their sidewinder router is amazing, blows away just about anything on the market without costing you a small fortune (aka cisco).

A quick check on their website shows that it does not have the ability to strip content from HTTP or SMTP sessions - which means it can't be setup to remove files/content based on type from email or web browsing, your two largest security threats from users actions. The WatchGuard X550e will do this and allows you to specifically pick what is blocked in each rule that you create for each service - so you could block .EXE files from users ranges and not block them from your Server.

for that feature, then go to the sidewinder. For a 20 user network, you have to keep costs in mind. The sg580 does virus scanning (http and smtp) at the router. If you want more features, the sidewinder has more but it costs more as well. They also have web-washer which focuses a lot on content scanning and control at the gateway. Web-washer is a market leader in these features.

price counts a lot in smb market. Leythos points stuff out but isn't saying what the costs are. I can point out all sorts of features that a router can (or should) have without stating the costs. We'll be at a $3000 router for a 20 user network - how realistic is that? For 20 users, I'd try to keep it under $1000. Even then, it takes some sales/marketing skills to close the sale on a router that's about $1000 when too many businesses think a residential grade router works fine - cost for that is about $100.
