I am sorry for the delay.
I am not sure SBS 2003 SP1 will fix this problem. But this service pack
includes many hotfix for SPO.
Please note that support for SBS 2003 SP 0, also known as SBS 2003 RTM, is
retired on July 10, 2007. The Service Pack Lifecycle Support page was
recently updated to reflect this as it has been 24 months since the release
of SBS 2003 SP 1. Microsoft will continue to support SBS 2003 SP 1 and SBS
2003 R2, which includes SBS 2003 SP 1, after July 10, 2007.
At this point, a suggestion is to install SBS 2003 SP1 and we will continue
support you on this issue. Thanks for your understanding.
