Script and Content Advisor

Hi All,

Just two questions:

1) I finally figured out how to get rid of my Error 1030 where the
clients couldnt update their GPO's. It involves doing the following:
Start --> Run --> control keymgr.dll --> Selecting Any/All of the
Stored Usernames/Passwords and Selecting Remove

Is there any way of scripting this so that i don't have to manually go
to each computer and do it? (e.g. through logon/shutdown/startup
script?)

2) Are there any free alternatives to Content Advisor which can block
access to defined websites? (content advisor is clashing with java and
its not good :P)
