How to start Sybase database without server logging in...

I have a client that has 2 Sybase databases running, but the
startup for these databases is done by running two desktop shortcuts
(that also have some switch parameters). The problem is whenever the
server goes down (long power outages for example - which have happened
to them a few times recently), they can't get "back in business" until
I remote in to the server and start the two databases manually. I
really don't want anyone there logging into the server themselves, and
the owner doesn't want to do it either - he's not very computer savvy
and the idea of loggin in to the server remotely and such bothers him.
Anyway the question is, is there any way to change how this is done
so that the Sybase databases startup automatically without having to
log in? I don't think Sybase has the option of running as a service,
but even if it does, I don't know how to configure the two instances
with their separate parameters. Is there any kind of tool that can be
used that does run as a service that could in turn start these
instances?
Any help would be great!
Thanks!
