When you run the CEICW wizard, what option are you choosing for Internet Connection type
I would suggest using Direct Broadband Connection.
If you are using something different, I suggest re-running with this type

There were already a number of hardware devices on our network hard-coded
with 192.168..0.X, so I just left that as the internal range. (I can't
imagine that causing any problems...)
The DSL router does connect directly to the internet.
