Cannot log out of RWW

SBS 2003 users ( admin as well ) are unable to log out of RWW.
The following page gets displayed:
" The page cannot be displayed
A problem has occurred with the Remote Web Workplace. Close this

"

it mentions sometimes about cookies, which lead me to delete all
client desktops cookies, and temp ie files, as well as re installing
the certificate..
