Johnny, we need a little more info, such as:
1. Is this happening externally only, or internally as well?
2. Nothing just stops unless something else has happened. How long has it
not worked? What changes have you made to the system in that time?
3. You say OWA is not working, but what about RWW?

Hi All:
For some reason OWA has stopped working. I can get to the logon page, but
when I enter my username and password, it says "You could not be logged on
to Outlook web access. Ensure that your username and password are correct,
and then try again".
When I look at Exchange Features in AD, it says "Outlook web access:
enabled, using protocol defaults"
Can anyone suggest how I can attack this issue?

I'm having a very similar problem:
OWA has also suddenly stopped working for me. I checked all the IIS
settings, and default website settings as described in
support.microsoft.com/kb/301428.
The platform is Windows 2000 Pro, and there have been no changes to
prompt this issue. I do not receive the password prompt, and the
browser just keeps spinning. Within the network //exchange/localhost
works. I am completely stumped! Please help!
Thanks, Rocky
