Cheers, Henry
I to prefer the revenue stream, but this guy's a lawyer and moans about 'a
callout for just moving files'. I have tried the virtual baseball bat
approach with little effect. I was hoping I could stop the finger trouble in
background, but no. Ah, well, just have to suffer.

No, but I've found that making the perpetrator stick their fingers in a
loaded mousetrap is an excellent behavior modifier.
I tend not to use it though as I prefer the income stream such behavior
generates... Sadly, by bill after a few incidents seems to have the same
effect as the mousetrap.

I have a client on SBS2k3 who has a habit of inadvertently dragging
folders in the shared area when meaning to open them. This results in 'I
have lost my files' and on examination I find the required folder has been
moved in to another folder.
Is there a GPO that can just prohibit users from moving folders, but
still give otherwise full access?
