Thanks for your reply.
I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.
Step 1: I researched your logs and found that have two entries for DC1 in
DNS.
SRV 0 100 88 dci1.local
SRV 0 100 88 dci1.dciconstruction.local
Please delete all SRV 0 100 88 dci1.local records in DNS and check if the
problem can be resolved.
I need to find more information for the DNS log, but there are only 5
records. I'd appreciated if you will resend the other DNS logs if possible.

Step 2: Verify the DC
Please check in the ADUC, and see if the DC dci1.DCIConstruction.local
exists. (You can use find function to find DC by the name to check that.)
