Thanks for this Steve.
Teneo, the idea is to centralize access for all SBS documentation as it's become a bit fragmented of late. It an initiative we've asked for in meetings with MS, and they are listening. As it comes together, please continue to provide your thoughts on how effective it is so we can make it work. I think everyone would agree that it's needed; it may take a bit of tweaking but it will be a valuable resource.

Thank you Teneo!
We discovered the search glitch as well and are working on correcting that
problem right now. Search should be returning results from the SBS Technical
Library and other TechNet sites, not from other MS Web sites.
You are correct that this library contains previously published information.
However it is not a copy, but the amalgamation of the latest versions of this
content. In the future, it can be easily refreshed with updates and
additions. All hyperlinks to current core product Help content direct users
to this library.
The fact that you did not find SP2 content is expected, as we have not yet
delivered any related SBS-specific information - except in the SBS R2 release
notes.
Thank you for your quick feedback. We appreciate it!
Cheers!

Hello Steve, thank you for posting that BUT... its just copy and paste of
previous information, unfortunately didn't check it all as failed at its
first hurdle.
I was excited until I clicked a few links and as stated its all previous
info. Was also annoyed that I searched for SP2 and was taken to 'live
search' presumably as the content has no mention of sp2 and first info in
live search is XP sp2
Few lines down is SP2 and very annoyed reading
' Windows Server 2003 R2, Service Pack 2 (SP2) delivers on the Microsoft
Trustworthy Computing initiative and illustrates Microsoft's commitment to
continually create software products with enhanced security, increased
reliability, and simplified administration.'
Especially with the issues with SP2 when the first reported fix about help
and support isn't fixed in the sp2 update, we have to follow instuctions to
fix a fix. Why isn't a readme on the SP2 page. Appreciate this isn't related
to your link, or is it in there somewhere ?
If you want this to be credible get SP2 issues on the front page as a
warning.
Sorry to rant but sp2 has caused us untold frustration and time and money.
We have a 20 point check list to check a server after sp2 install and we
shouldn't have to do this. Quote..'increased reliability, and simplified
administration', some of the issues were reported in march, why couldn't sp2
have been adjusted to fix the simple things i.e help and support issue.
