There are two signatures: MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger. Here is another link from a Microsoft KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925120
You don't have to build another rule for allowing access to MSN. Everyone will be allowed access except those users you apply the rule on

have done that but it is eneffective 'til now...will try rebooting the Server (I never thought I should have to do that!!!) because I already re-started ISA and firewall and nothing happens...Also,
1 - ) Do you think I will have to buid another rule to allow all users access to MSN?
2 - ) Do you know if there are other signatures for Windows Live Messenger?
tks,
Dan

After that, go to the "Schedule" tab and set the times you want the rule to be active

I know this subject has been covered before but...I'm still not sure on how to correctly proceed:
Customer asked me to block Live Messenger for a group of 5 users during business hours. They are allowed to use it during their lunch time (12:00 - 13:00)
DO I create a deny rule adding these users, MSN Messenger protocol and also create a BIZ HOURS Schedule?
If yes, where do I place it so it's effective?
Thanks,
Dan
