Thanks for your reply.
The new user information is not updated in GAL, this issue may occur if
the clients use Outlook 2003 with cached Exchange mode enabled. If this is
the case, I therefore suggest us create a new profile *without* cached
Exchange mode enabled to test this issue. To create a new profile, please
refer to the following KB article:
829918 How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2003

Also you can right click Recipient Update Services and click update now.
After you change the username, the alias will not change accordingly.
To change this:
1. Right click username and select properties.
2. On the Exchange General tab, modify the Alias.

<After changing the user information, everything looks good on the server
<(Server Management, Users) and in Exchange, though it takes a few seconds
for
<the changes to propagate to Exchange.
<The problem I'm running into is that the Global Address List is not
updated
<with the users new information in Outlook. So if someone tries to send
