Hi,
Thanks for updating.
I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.
I am sorry to know OWA stopped working for external users and the error
message is "you do not have permission to view this site error" Please let
me know if the internal users have the same problem.
I know your business is greatly affected by this, a suggestion is call CSS
directory who will provide more speedy support. Thanks for your
understanding.
The Windows Firewall on SBS server is disabled by default, you cannot start
that service.
I researched your IIS metadata, please change the following settings:
Note: Please backup your IIS settings first.
1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Management.
2. Expand Servername(Domain), Web Sites and Default Web Sites.
3. Right Click Default Web Sites, on the Home Directory tab, click Write
option. On the Application pool, change from MSSharePointPool to
DefaultAppPool.
4. On the ISAPI Filter tab, click Add and input filter name: stsfltr, Path:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server
extensions\50\bin\fpexedll.dll. and then click OK.
5. Right click Remote virtual directory, and then select Properties.
6. On the Virtual Directory tab, on Application pool: change from
MSSharePointPool to DefaultAppPool.
7. Right click Exchange Virtual Directory and select Propertes.
8. On the Virtual Directory tab, for the Application name, click Remove,
now the Application name is Default Application, which is the right
configuration.
9. Restart IIS and try again.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitae to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
