Ok, first you have to clean up your IP configuration. I assume that your
server is a DC, has a static IP and has DNS running. If that is correct
your
need to change the configuration on the WAN NIC to:
The first 3 are OK
Remove DHCP reference
DNS should be 192.168.25.1
Add your ISP DNS servers under the forwarder tab in the DNS on your
server.
LAN NIC:
The first 2 are OK
Leave DG blank
DNS 192.168.25.1
Make sure that your router (192.168.1.1) forwards all needed traffic to
192.168.1.101
You didn't post an IP config /all from one of the workstations. I assume
that you are running a DHCP on your windows server and that your are
supplying the correct info to the workstations. They should have the
following configuration on their NICs:
IP - 192.168.25.x
DG - 192.168.25.1
DNS - 192.168.25.1
In the ISA create a new access rule for POP3. Select the preconfigured
POP
from the list of protocols, select "Internal" as the source and
"External"
as the destination.
Create a second new access rule for SMTP with the same setup as the
above.
Test the connection from one of the clients.
Hope this helps. Your configuration is really not anything close to
standard
and this group isn't really the place to solve your problems but give it
a
try and let us know if you got it going.

Several times you have said you have Windows 2003 SE. This is an SBS
2003
newsgroup so do you have that installed or not? You're posts are
really
unclear as to what you have and what you've done. If its not SBS
2003
then
perhaps asking in a Windows Server or ISA newsgroup would be better.

First let me ask this. Are you wanting to collect POP3 mail with
the POP
connector on the server and send it to your users Exchange
mailbox
or are
you trying to get POP3 mail with Outlook directly from your
provider?
If you run the CEICW wizzard and supply the correct answers ISA
will
be
configured for you. Allowing SBS to do DHCP for you will ensure
that
your
workstation is configured correctly for Internet access, LAN
access
and
E-mail access be it POP mail or Exchange.
I would suggest posting an IPconfig /all from your server and
also
from a
workstation to let us see how your NIC's are configured and then
go
from
there.
