Several times you have said you have Windows 2003 SE. This is an SBS 2003
newsgroup so do you have that installed or not? You're posts are really
unclear as to what you have and what you've done. If its not SBS 2003 then
perhaps asking in a Windows Server or ISA newsgroup would be better.

First let me ask this. Are you wanting to collect POP3 mail with the POP
connector on the server and send it to your users Exchange mailbox or are
you trying to get POP3 mail with Outlook directly from your E-mail
provider?
If you run the CEICW wizzard and supply the correct answers ISA will be
configured for you. Allowing SBS to do DHCP for you will ensure that your
workstation is configured correctly for Internet access, LAN access and
E-mail access be it POP mail or Exchange.
I would suggest posting an IPconfig /all from your server and also from a
workstation to let us see how your NIC's are configured and then go from
there.

for sure! Your problems may be from having DHCP being supplied from
your
Linksys router instead of your server. Can you be more descriptive?
