Nice to see someone responding so promptly :) ..
Well, the thing is, how do we remove all the spam mails already in the
Existing Store ?? I am not aware of any procedure.. (pl forgive my
ignorance) ..
We do have some internal Support tools, which can be ran that clears
up the stuck emails in the SMTP Queue (basically most of them reverse
DNR's) and most likely some legit emails as it clears the entire
Queue, and m pretty sure there must be some Third Party utilities out
there too.
In order to provide the utility, a Support call has to be initiated
(advisable to have a Support Engineer's supervision)..
However, the best workaround as always, has been to Exmerge the
current DB, which normally fliters out most of the UCM/corrupt mails
through the headers. Not 100% full proof, but works in most cases
minimising the trouble to more than expected...
The previously define symptoms not necessarily has to have all the
attributes, but not uncommon in the mean time ...
I have several questions and issues with your posts in this thread, but
first;
Are you employed by Microsoft jesmin?

Reverse NDR's spam .. very very common in a not so secure
environment. - Check the following :
- ESM > SMTP Queue > doe the Queue look normal ?
- Are the mailflow working ok ?
- Any items in the BadMail Folder in c:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\Vsi1\
- Does the Server hang intermittently?
- Does the Server performance slows down ??
If the above symptoms are affirmative, there are a few workarounds.
However, depending on the size of the Exchange Database, creating a
new DB would be the best workaround.
This is what I'd do...
Besides breaking the single instance store, what good is this going
to do? How is this going to help stop the problem in the future?
Maybe I'm really missing it today, but I don't get this answer to
this problem.
Steps :
------------------------
1. Stop SMTP Service to stop all email flow.
2. Exmerge out the emails from the current mailbox to PST.
3. Create a new Exchange DB
4. Merge in the PST to the new DB.

I have a client that has SBS 2003 and everything is up to date.<snip>
They recently been getting messages such as the following pasted
below. The question I have is that they are not sending messages
to the email address listed below and appears someone is jacking
their email. What can I do to try and correct this issue.
Spammers and viruses spoof senders all the time, and the innocent
parties get the NDRs. Usually, the recipient's mail server is not
doing enough checking of the headers ....but you can't control
that.
