RE: Sharepoint Accessing List data

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello Chris,

Thank for posing in our newsgroup.

From your description, I know that you created contact list in Companyweb.
Some of contacts have been corrupted and you want to find them in database.

Based on my research, Windows SharePoint Services uses MSDE or SQL database
to store and manage site content. The contact list information stores in
the SQL database.

Since your problem is a pure SharePoint issue, please open a new thread in
microsoft.public.sharepoint newsgroup. Thanks for your understanding.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
