Is there a way to check this from the server. Windows Properties indicates Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server Service Pack 1.
Thanks,

Enterprise Manager is only present if SQL2000 is installed. What version of SBS2003 are you running - standard or premium? If you are using R2 then you are running SQL2005 Workgroup.

I have run through KB:823287 and found that (on Method 3) Enterprise Manager does not appear to be on the system. I was not the original installer of the server so I'm not sure what the root cause of this is or what the best course for resolution is.
Method 1 and 2 of the KBA were completed and passed (i.e. mssqlserver service is running and IIS is not running in IIS5.0 isolation mode).
Thanks in advance for your assistance,
Mike
