Re: http://companyweb/ - You are not authorized to view this page

Hi,

Thanks for updating.

In the icwlog.log, I found the following error: Error 0x1 returned from
call to CRFireCommit::ValidatePropertyBag no RRAS NAT Public Interface,
Basic Firewall will not be configured.()..

Please take the following steps and try again.

Step 1: Check the binding order.

1. Please open Control Panel -> network connections.
2. Click Advanced -> Advanced settings
3. Please confirm that in the adapters and bindings tab, the connections
should have the following order.
Server local Area Connection
Network Connection
[Remote Access connections]

Step 2: Run the change Server IP tool to change server address 10.0.0.1.
and try again

Step 3: The problem occurs when:

1.) The secatts.dll file may be missing

2.) The secatts.dll file may be damaged

3.) The secatts.dll file may be unregistered

Resolution:

1.) Restore the secatts.dll file from the SBS2003 CD's.

2.) Restore the secatts.dll file from the SBS2003 CD's to the following
path:
c:\program files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Networking

3.) Open a command prompt: start-->run--->cmd hit ok

naviagte to the following path: c:\program files\Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server\Networking

type the following command: regsvr32 secatts.dll

Run through the CEICW again.

I checked the IIS metadata and found the following wrong configuration:

1. Default first websit uses asp.net 2.0.50727
2. Companyweb Virtual Directory miss stsfltr filter.

To resolved this:

1. Open Internet Information Service (IIS) Manger.
2. Migrate to Servername->Web Sites->Companyweb.
3. Rigt Click Companyweb and then select Properties.
4. On the ISAPI Filters, click Add, and input c:\inetpub\sbsflt\sbsflt.dll.
5. Restart IIS.

Note: The feature of this filter is to redirect all SharePoint traffic from
port 443 to 444. If you connect to Companyweb by http://companyweb with the
SBSFLT filter enabled, you will be redirected automatically to
https://companyweb:444.

6. Click Default first website and select properties.
7. On the ASP.NET tab, change the ASP.NET verson to 1.1.4322.
8. Restart IIS.

Then check if the problem persists.

I am looking forward to hear from you.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)

<<> 1. Do all users or some specific users have this issue visiting

<<>
<<> 2. Please visit companyweb on the SBS server, what's the result?
<<>
<<> Based on my research, please take the following steps to see if the
<<> problem
<<> can be resolved:
<<>
<<> Step 1: Run the CEICW and configure the network settings. This helps us
<to
<<> configure the network and IIS setting correctly. You can see the detail
<<> steps in the article below:

<<> More information:

<<> 2003
<<> http://support.microsoft.com/?id=825763
<<>
<<> Step 2: Moreover, please note that companyweb will only allow Windows
<<> Integrated Authentication by default. Please check it following the
steps
<<> below:
<<>
<<> 1. Open IIS.
<<> 2. Expand Web Sites and open Properties page of companyweb.
<<> 3. In Directory Security tab, under Authentication and access control,
<<> click Edit.
<<> 4. Make sure that only "Windows Integrated Authentication" is selected.
<<> 5. Also, under "IP address and domain name restrictions", click Edit,
<<> make
<<> sure that the access is not denied.
<<> 6. On the ASP.NET, please make sure companyweb is using ASP.NET
1.1.4322.
<<>
<<> Step3: Possibly, the problem is caused by incomplete prior installation
<of
<<> company web. At this point, we need to reinstall companyweb.
<<>
<<> Info 1. If you're using an SBS with SP1 (slipstream installed), you can
<<> also follow KB 829114 for a reinstallation.

<<>
<<> Info 2. If you're using an SBS with SP1 upgraded from SP0, you should

<<>
<<> 1. Please strictly follow KB 829114 for reinstallation of SharePoint
<<> companyweb (with SBS 2003 SP0 CD3 inserted).
<<>
<<> 2. If the system prompts you for SP1 installation CD3, follow these
<steps:
<<>
<<> a) Open Registry Editor and set 'isrunfromweb' to '2', under
<<> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer.
<<>
<<> b) Download SBS 2003 SP1 (885918) to C:\.

<(with
<<> no quotation marks) and press Enter.
<<>
<<> d) Specifying a path for the extracted files (such as C:\SBSSP1).
<<>
<<> e) Point the system to the folder created in the previous steps
<<> (C:\SBSSP1\CD3).
<<>
<<> 3. After finish the installation, install KB 832880.
