Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
From your description, I know that you uses application sending faxes by MSFax Server 2003 using Fax Service Extended COM and has problem with this.
Fax Console recipient number is never translated
First, please let me know which application you are using to send fax,
Outlook or third party software?
If you are using third party software, please try to send fax with Outlook
first. If outlook works fine, the problem is releated to the third party
application, please contact software manufacuture for more help. Thanks for
understanding.
If you using Outlook, please help me collect the following informaton for
further research:
1. Screen shots of fax in sender's Outlook and recipient side.
2. Fax related errro in application log on both SBS server and problematic
client.
