Hey Al,
Can you please give it a try again and let me know if it is working? I
think we may have addressed the issue.

It's not getting to the point were it verifies the key, it simply times out..
I've tried just using one valid key - same result. When I changed a digit
to make the key invalid it works and reports the key as invalid. There
seems to be something wrong with the site once it determines the keys are
valid (which they are).
Other users in the terminal_services newsgroup have reported the exact same
issue so I'm fairly sure it isn't just me...

Hi customer,
Thanks for posting here.
From the description, I understand the issue is that you get an error when
you transfer the XP product key to TS CAL in transition website. If I am
off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Let us refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Any Product Key that the customer has used successfully on the transition
site to receive TS CALs cannot be used again for the same purpose. So
those
keys that worked individually will make an entire request fail, as they
have already been
used. If you enter 10 Product Keys and even only one is not accepted for
some reason, the entire request will fail, and the website will show which
key is invalid, and what reason is associated with that error.
Tried entering one product key at a time on the transition website and
make
sure the product key are valid.
Thanks for your understanding. If issue persists,I cannot verify whether
your XP product key is valid or not. So for the licensing questions, I
would like to suggest you contact our License Office for consolidation
information. The call is free.
