I need to upgrade the hard disk in this SBS server.
Current config:
2 x 36gb SCSI hard disks Windows software mirrored
3 volumes (SYS=8gb, MAIL=8gb, DATA=18gb)
I want to replace with a pair of 146gb SCSI drives, again mirrored.
In the process, I want to expand the SYS volume to 16gb, expand the MAIL
volume to 32GB, and then remaining 90+GB to the DATA volume. Hoping to do
this without a complete re-install.
i suggest to take a look to windows AIK (automated install kit)

"Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK)"
you can create a winpe 2.0 bootable cd or usb pendrive and capture or
restore volumes with the "magex"tool and save data to external harddisk or
over the network. you also have diskpart utility in order to create and
active standard and dynamic volumes by command prompt..
so you can create a winpe boot cd with your scsi controller drivers, capture
data from volumes with imagex, change the disk drives, boot again winpe to
create partitions and active the system one, and restore the volume data
without reinstalling the so...
