And why is SSL checked off?

Is the direct push feature of the phone turned on?
Is it set to get the message as it is received by the server?

Hello,

I have a client who replaced his phone and got a similar Windows 5 mobile
phone.

I have set up Exchange excatly on the new phone. I CAN send mail but I
cannot receive. I am able to send and receive using WIFI. I have SSL
checked OFF.

I must be missing something, anyone have an idea?

Steve
