First, have a complete backup of your server, including System State. Then

I have sbs2003 r2 premium with service pack 2 installed and all the
updates
that windows updates finds. When I run the routing and remote access
wizard,

I don't see an error until near the end, about 'configuring remote
access
policy'. I've disabled the windows firewall and the AV, still the same
error. Any help in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
