Problem Companyweb

Hello
Yesterday I have install a new server with W2k3 SBS 2003 R2 Premium Edition.
The machine is an Dell PE1900. It's arrived in my office with preinstalled opereting system from DELL.
After to have installed and updated the following applications:
Windows 2003 server R2
Exchange server 2003 Sp2
Share Point Service Sp2
Sql 2005 Sp2
Isa Server 2004 SP3.
WSUS
The serveur is configured with 2 network cards: one directly attacked to Internet and the other in the localnet
Internal card configuration:
IP.: 192.168.1.254
SM.:255.255.255.0
D.G.: empty
DNS.: 192.168.1.254
External Card configuration
IP.:192.168.10.2
SM.:255.255.255.0
D.G.: 192.168.10.1
DNS.: 192.168.1.254
I have joined all client at domain and i create all users.
There are 3 client joined in a Domain, and all machine can't contact companyweb internal web site.
If client try to connect Http://companyweb/ it recive unable to display this page.
Nslookup resolves perfectly "companyweb" to ip address of server
If I try to browse companyweb in windows 2003 sbs (localhost) I can browse the internal web site.
I have tried to move companyweb on Port 81 and the client succeed to be browse the internal web site.
Subsequently also I have tried to unistall Isa Serveur 2004, in such a way all the client succeed to see companyweb on default port
This test makes me to think that the problem is ISA SERVER 2004
I need to resolve this problem i want that all client computer can use companyweb on port 80.
CAN WE HELP ME!!!!
