You can't uninstall just the update services report component.
About the only thing I can think of that would cause the blue shield after an install/uninstall might be some GPO that pre-existed SBS Update services (r2) that's getting in the way.

Uninstalling WSUS v3 then WSUS v2 deleting all refernces to it, then
re-install WSUS v2 then WSUS v3. Didn't make any difference. So I still get a
blue shield error on my performance report.
However its not a major problem as I prefered using WSUS admin panel
espcially the new WSUS v3 one.
Is there any way of reinstall the Update Serivces report component or
removing it form the performance report altogther. Again not a problem and I
can just ignore it otherwsie.
