Removing the user from the Internet Users group should prevent them from
accessing the internet-it does in my client installs with ISA 2004. Is there
some other rule you've added higher in priority that might allow them
access? Use ISA live logging and that should help tell you what rule is
actually allowing it.

Is that the best way Chris. Am I missing something here? Wouldn't it
then just be easy for the user to re-insert the Proxy credentials? Also,
what is the point therefore in SBS for making users members of Internet
Users Group if users can access the web whether members of that group or
not?.

uninstall the firewall client from their machine and in IE Properties >
Connections Tab Lan Settings Uncheck the box to use proxy and remove
proxy information.

Our customer has an SBS2k3 Prem box using ISA, 2 NIC scenario. How do
you bar one user from being able to access the Internet? I have taken
the user out of the Internet Connection group but they can still web
browse. Any ideas.
Dave
