This newsgroup only focuses on SBS technical issues. If you have issues
regarding other Microsoft products, you'd better post in the corresponding
newsgroups so that they can be resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
You can locate the newsgroup here:http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

When opening a new thread via the web interface, we recommend you check the

Hi Terence,

I think you may have emailed me the other day but unfortunately I must
have deleted the email. is it possible you can resend it, You
mentioned something about a microsoft error reporting tool I think.

Another thing that occurred to me is that we run Exclaimer archiver on
the server which uses envelope journalling and then archives the
emails in a SQL database, I just wondered whether this would be
anything to do with the problems I am experiencing.

Thanks

James
