Trend Micro CSM/SMB 3.6 boot issue

I've just installed Trend CSM/SMB on a virgin R2 box and the boot now hangs for about 10 minutes at "applying computer settings" when immediately prior to installing it it took < 30 seconds. Can anyone shed any light?
