Activesync Error 0x85010014

I'm having a problem getting our SBS2003 standard server to sync with
a windows mobile phone. Everytime I've sync'd the phone it gives
error 0x85010014 on the phone. I've gone through several of the posts
on this board with out success. I am able to access /exchange from
the outside without problems; but activesync will not work on the
phone. Any help would be appriciated
