Hi MMurphy,
Thanks for posting here.
From the description, I understand the issue is that you would like to moveto exchange for email, but there are netscape 7.2 client. If I am off base,
please don't hesitate to let me know.
Let us refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
you can transfer data from Netscape 7.2 to Outlook 2003.
currently the only workaround for importing data from Netscape is that we
need import data from Netscape 4.x to Outlook. However, to do this, you
need to install an earlier version of Netscape. (For example, Netscape
4.77.), then import data from Netscape 7.2. Therefore, we can import data
to Outlook. For detailed information, please refer to the following steps.
1. Install an earlier version of Netscape. (For example, Netscape 4.77)
2. In the older version of Netscape, import data from Netscape 7.2.
3. Refer to the information in the following article to complete the import
from Netscape 4.5 and later:

I know that the workaround is not very convenient and may not entirely meet
your requirements. For your convenience, I also searched some third-party
Web sites for you. Fortunately, I found some third-party tools, which may
meet your requirements. You can refer to this link:

For address book, we can use the method in the following KB article to
migrate from Netscape to Outlook:

Hope this helps
Have a nice day!
