I'm glad to hear that you had resolved the printer issue.

Please understand that our newsgroup is an issue based service, meaning we
usually respond to one question/issue per post. This will lessen the
confusion for both of us, as well as ensure that our results are accurate
and not a result of a test for a different question. Therefore, regarding
the additional question (offline files), I suggest you create a new post
for getting more quick assistance.

Additional, then you connection to SBS with VPN (slow link), the XP client
will detect the slow link, and will automatic use the offline mode. If you
enable the synchronize offline folders, the logon will cost long time.

| It turns out that the printer was installed improperly.
| Fixing that solved the client's problem with the printer.
