Problems with Reporting...

My SBS 2003 Server seems to have developed a couple of odd problems...., and
I'm guessing they are both linked but I don't know where to look...

The first problem is when I look at the Buckup Summary in SERVER
MANAGEMENT.... It's not there!..

A message is displayed saying -

You do not have the correct permissions to view this page. For more
information contact your system administrator.
To view this page, you must be a member of the Domain Admins security group.

I'm logged in as Administrator and the Administrator is a member of the
DOMAIN ADMINS Group?.... I've tried taking the user out of the group and
putting it back in, but it makes no difference...?

The second problem is with the WEEKLY SERVER USAGE REPORT... This packed up
a couple of weeks back.... The report is automatically sent to serveral
email addresses every Monday morning... The report that is sent says the
following -

Server Error in '/Monitoring' Application.
Access is denied.
Description: An error occurred while accessing the resources required to
serve this request. You might not have permission to view the requested
resources.

Error message 401.3: You do not have permission to view this directory or
page using the credentials you supplied (access denied due to ACLs). Ask the
Web server's administrator to give you access.

If I then go into the SERVER MANAGEMENT screen and select MONITORING AND
REPORTING and then CHANGE SERVER STATUS REPORT SETTINGS, click on the
default (and only..) SERVER USAGE REPORT and SEND NOW...... It works fine
and everybody gets the report????.... Why would the "automated" report fail
and the manual, click on the "Send Now" report work...?
