Is there a way to turn "Volume Shadow Copy" option off during backup. I'm
trying to clean up a mess here and everytime I try to run a backup it dies
and I believe it's because I don't have enough disk space to shadow copy
everything.

RE: VSS error 7001 ... Here are the steps to resolve this pesky issue: ...Disable shadow copy for all volumes (using the property dialog box of the volumes, "Shadow Copy" tab).... (microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs)
