1. If you activate the server now, after you format and reinstall the
system, you can reactive it again.
2. Based on my experience, most of time, if you ignore the error and the
installation can be finished successfully, this will work right.

< There was no Administration key under HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Small
<Business Server. I changed SBSRoot/Admin to 0 and reran the installation
