Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I narrowed this down to the users profile as the problem. I have no problems
joining Vista Business PC's with no user profiles. Does anybody know which
account needs permissions to migrate a users profile? What permisions do
they need? Do these permissions need to be applied only ot the
Users/username folder and sub folders?
