Hi steves,
Thanks for posting back.
If they don't allow you to install anything on the computer in public
place,and if the computer have not installed the certificate,you cannot
access RWW,because RWW require SSL to communicate.
So you had better install certificate in LAN in case it cannot be installed
on internet.
