Troubleshooting DHCP

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I have an SBS 2003 server that is giving me problems with DHCP. I have both DHCP and DNS installed. I ran the wizard to configure both. DNS seems to be working fine, but only one of my clients are receiving an address from the DHCP server. All of my clients are Win XP Pro. I have a Linksys router that was setup as a DHCP server and I did disable that. I can ping the SBS from all of the clients. I have done a cold boot on the clients and still no luck. Any suggestions as to the next step?
