setup outside forwarding email address

I asked this question before, but I was never able to get it to work.
I need to setup an email in our domain that forwards to an email
address outside our domain. This email is being setup for someone
outside our company that I don't want to have any user rights. I just
want them to receive the forwarded email. How do I achieve this?
